  • HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

    • ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING:

      Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. You can check your tracking number for updates or email us.

      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

      Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

  • I'VE PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
    • You will be emailed an order number. If you selected express shipping, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase. 
  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
    • We do everything we can to ship orders ASAP, so if you there's a mistake with your order, please contact our support team ASAP. kohowear@gmail.com
  • CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

    • We do not currently offer returns or refunds. We do offer exchanges for different sizes and defective hoodies.

  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    • We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as UPI  , we do not offer cash on delivery for now
